1972年9月 北村机电株式会社成立

1978年1月 世界较早的R型铁心研发成功，并在世界各国取得专利，同时开始在全世界销售。

1985年1月 实现了R型铁心纵向切割生产线的电脑控制。

1988年7月 开发完成了用于R型变压器的自动卷线机。

1993年6月 成立了上海埃斯凯变压器有限公司

1996年2月 宜兴北鹰电子有限公司成立

2003年2月 北村机电（无锡）有限公司成立

2006年1月 增强了高性能产业用变压器的开发和生产

Jan.1985 Completed the computerized slitting line for R-core production.

Jul.1988 Developed automatic winding machine "Model KR-901"for R-core transformers

Jun.1993 Established Shanghai SK Transformer Co.,Ltd.

Feb.1996 Established Yixing Beiying Electoronics Co.,Ltd.

Feb.2003 Established Kitamura Kiden(wuxi) Co.,Ltd.

Jan.2006 Reinforced the development and manufacture setup for high-performance industrial transformers.
